Job Requirements:
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
-Exceptional customer service skills!
-Initiative- all around team player- assist in all areas of the salon.Take charge attitude to the front of the line!
-Experience booking appointments. (Preferably using salon or spa booking systems)
-Experience using multiple phone lines a must!
-Operate computers with skill and proficiency.
-Social meadia savvy (Instagram, Tiktok etc)
-Organized with and strong attention to detail!
-Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
-Hands-on experience with office equipment, printers and Point of Sale software- spa/salon software preferred!
-Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email)
