Hey folks, looking for an editor to edit raw video game footage (Sea of Thieves, Overwatch 2, Valheim). We're starting a streaming business and looking for someone to grow with us. Episodes will be cut down to minimum 30min (if possible). We're offering $50 per episode and a cut of whatever online profits come in (profits are divided evenly by everyone on the team - the more we make the more we all make!).
I know, this is a stupid low rate. I highly respect your work (I was an assistant editor for 10 years). But we have a vision and we're just getting started!
