Looking For Someone To Find Funding For Film Project?

What we are looking for is an individual who has the time – the effort – reliability and willingness to do this job and accept the end result as their payment for the work put in!
We are looking for someone that will put in the effort to find an individual or individuals that have access to funds that would be willing to invest/fund a film project in the action/adventure/sci-fy/Horror genre.
Consider it “The Sum of all Fears" meets "World War Z" with a pinch of "Revolution!"
The individual that puts us in contact with the person or persons that has the resources to fund our project once the potential funding is vetted with due diligence and resources are acquired and in place to start production this individual will get a 3.5% finders fee. The budget is a little over 12 Mil at this time. So if your math is good you know what you'll receive. This will all be in a contract between the individual and us. Again – the “Finders Fee” is for the person who puts us in contact with a potential investor(s).Not the investors.
We will also entertain the prospect of someone who is an actual “Producer” or “Executive Producer” who has access to real funding who will work with us to make this project happen.
We have a studio in mind for filmingWe have most of the cast signed on with LOI's.We have most of the production people signed on with LOI's.
These are the rules we have put forth. We have been scammed by several people in the past so DO NOT respond to this posting if you cannot understand where we are coming from. We all want our projects to be funded and produced and not wanting to be taken advantage of.
