Position Title: Project Manager
Summary of Position:
We are looking for qualified Project Managers to help with technical design, coordination with fabrication through installation and strike, for upcoming projects. Hiring is ongoing, but we have some present openings that we are currently looking to fill. Management and fabrication experience with entertainment projects is preferred.
Description of Duties, Including but not Limited to:
Maintaining and staying on schedules
Collaborating with the client management team and assisting with the technical design process, to ensure end product exceeds the clients’ expectations.
Interpreting existing, and creating new, CAD drafted elements and construction details
Submitting work orders and assisting with material procurement for projects as needed
Oversee details and quality control through the construction process
Client coordination and communication throughout the production process.
Managing trucking logistics
Onsite supervision of load-in and strike
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or college equivalent
Experience in entertainment production
Highly computer literate
Proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fabrication experience with wood and metal and familiarity with a variety of construction materials
Ability to work long hours when needed
Good communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Vector works, Sketchup, and other similar software a plus
