A small residential property multi-family company, seeks Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional services across properties in Souther California
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in property maintenance or related fields.
Tools: Own tools and a 25-50 ft plumbing snake.
Transportation: Company will provide a van with a gas card for use
License: Valid driver’s license.
Handyman Skills: Preferred experience in general maintenance.
Language: Able to hire any language. (Will use translator if necessary)
Location: We own multiple properties across Southern California
Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders in varied conditions.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance/repairs in units and common areas.
Maintain exterior grounds for curb appeal.
Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7am-5pm with one hour lunch
Benefits/Salary
$4500.00 per month net pay
A company vehicle with a Gas card
Sundays off
