Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Renovation Specialist with experience in cabinet installation, painting, and minor plumbing. This position is fully field-based, working directly at job sites—no shop work required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to commute to various project locations. Priority will be given to applicants residing in the San Fernando Valley.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets, ensuring secure and level placement
- Proficiency in interior painting, including prep work, priming, cutting, rolling, and finishing
- Basic plumbing skills (e.g., installing faucets, drains, supply lines, and minor leak repairs)
- General renovation knowledge, including drywall patching, trim work, and hardware installation
- Ability to read and follow project plans, layouts, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned job sites—personal transportation required
- Install cabinets with precision, ensuring alignment and durability
- Perform professional interior painting, including walls, ceilings, and trim
- Conduct minor plumbing tasks such as installing or replacing faucets, drains, and supply lines
- Assist with general renovation tasks like drywall repair, flooring, and fixture installation
- Follow construction plans and work in coordination with project managers and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
