Multi-Unit Apartment Renovation Field Supervisor/Superintendent
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor/Superintendent to oversee multi-unit apartment renovation projects. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating trades, optimizing workloads, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of renovation projects.
- Schedule and coordinate trades (plumbing, cabinetry, demolition, electrical, painting, appliances).
- Ensure crews have updated drawings, tools, and unit assignments.
- Monitor project progress, crew performance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Buying and delivering expendables for the crew
- Communicate updates and reports to upper management.
- Analyze and optimize workloads for efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks and client walk-throughs.
- Support documentation: daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Review cost reports and track work hours against project codes.
Qualifications:
- Has a Car and DL
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in construction management software and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
- Ability to adapt, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
