Job purpose
Under the direction of the Installer, assist in the installation of high end residential cabinetry as well as commercial millwork. The Installation Tech maintain professionalism, quality control and jobsite cleanliness.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform and facilitate but not limited to the following:
Wear required PPE and attire, take all necessary precautions to remain safe.
Assist in installation of cabinets according to written or verbal instructions
Assist in measurements of room or installation area
Assist in any necessary assembly of cabinets to fit in each space
Assist in any heavy lifting to install cabinetry into each space.
Provide excellent customer service
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Practice and follow all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe job site
Assist in the clean up the job site after installation
Perform related duties as assigned

Working conditions
Candidate will report directly to the Installer at the company premises. The job will be performed during normal business hours on and off site. Typical job site conditions for both residential and commercial projects. Primarily construction job sites with long periods of standing and sitting in vehicle for long periods on way to job sites. Indoor and outdoor conditions subject to noise from equipment operations.
Physical requirements
Physical requirements include but not limited to the following:
Bending, pushing, moving, lifting objects, weighing up to 50 pounds, heavy physical labor, standing and walking for extended periods of time, climbing, bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, dexterity of hands and fingers to operate specialized tools and equipment, and reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally. Ability to climb ladders and stairs as required.
