Are you a seasoned Construction Project Manager looking to lead high-quality residential remodels? We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive leader to oversee projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage all phases of residential construction projects
✅ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
✅ Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
✅ Problem-solve on-site issues and maintain quality control
✅ Communicate effectively with homeowners and trades
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of remodeling and residential construction
Understanding construction building
Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) is preferred
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
