Insurance Restoration Company specializing in contents restoration is seeking an experienced Project Manager . Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, excellent customer relation skills, be very organized and be able to function effectively as part of our team.
Xactimate knowledge is a plus, bilingual is a huge plus. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. You will need the ability to lift loads 25-50 pounds 4 feet off the floor and carry to distances of approximately 50 feet. Also requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking inventory for moving and cleaning
Taking total loss inventory
Supervising crews onsite and in our facility
Coordinating with outside vendors
Good driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening is a must. IICRC certification preferred but not essential.
Salary dependent on experience, up to $70k per year for the right individual.
