We need a competent, mature, service-oriented project manager to help with the thousands of clients we serve every year, including Fortune 500 brands like Anheuser Busch, Fender Guitar, and Kraft Foods.

Compensation package: $78K/yr. ($66,560 Salary + Commissions + Bonuses) + Benefits

Main duties are:
· Quality control
· Oversight of project planning and execution
· Project troubleshooting
· Client relations
· Selling and Upselling
· After-hours client problem resolution
Skills/ Qualifications:
· Minimum ten years of experience with duct cleaning, HVAC work, or something similar
· Can read blueprints
· Excellent people skills
· Management skills
· Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and online research
· Strong written, verbal, and math literacy
· Must represent well in manners, competence, and communication skills.
· Must be comfortable dealing with high-end clients, CEOs, leaders, and highly-educated people
· Must love to close deals, meet deadlines, and push projects and deals to completion
· Must be a good problem-solver
· Must be able to travel by car and plane, including some overnights and some weekends
