Experienced Carpenter / Potential Foreman

We’re looking for a talented Carpenter who’s ready to grow into a Foreman role and be part of our skilled, design-focused team.
About the Position
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship and teamwork. The ideal candidate is experienced in all phases of construction — from framing to fine finish work — and is motivated to step into a leadership position.
You’ll work directly with our design and construction teams on some of the most creative and custom projects in the area.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks
Read and interpret plans accurately
Assist in leading small crews and coordinating trades on-site
Maintain quality, safety, and site organization
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Support project supervisors and take initiative when needed
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of carpentry/construction experience
Strong skills in framing, trim, cabinetry, and general construction
Must have own truck and tools
Ability to read plans and problem-solve independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Professional, client-friendly attitude
Desire to advance into a foreman or supervisory role
