Service Technician - Minimum 2-years in the field experience.
Must have experience with: Gas heaters, Package units, Split systems and the way it functions
Must know how to do minimal repairs such as capacitors, relays, fan motors
-Must have own hand tools/power tools
-Clean DMV and Valid Drivers License
-Salary based on experience/knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
Perform routine maintenance and conduct thorough inspections of HVAC equipment.
Recommend safety and optimize key points
Deliver top-notch customer service by clearly explaining issues and offering practical solutions.
Keep detailed records of all service and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
EPA Certification is a must.
Strong expertise in HVAC systems and their components.
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent communication skills.
