Us a well-established HVAC company is actively seeking experienced Installers for projects throughout the Southern California area (L.A., Beverly Hills, Santa Monica,
Culver City, & amp; South Central). Several positions availablewe need Service Technicians, Installers, and HVAC Salesman.
Job Description: Residential and Light Commercial work.
Employees who have a positive attitude and works well with others to complete the assignments with quality workmanship and professionalism.
Must have the following qualifications:
3-5 years experience
Must be able to speak, write and read English.
Spanish is an advantage
EPA Card
Clean driving record
Installation experience (rooftop units, split systems)
Ability to lift 50-100 LBS.
Ability to work on high roofs.
Ability to work in attics.
Ability to work in extreme conditions (HOT WEATHER)
Ability to be self-sufficient.
Ability to solve problems quickly.
Ability to always do the right thing.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Ability to be a team player.
Salesman must have up to date industry knowledge about new equipment and tax incentive
Service technicians must be able to be organized, follow work specifications and manage a crew.
- All installers must possess the tools necessary to install equipment.
- Valid California Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Transportation to and from jobsite and/or shop.
- A truck is provided for Service Technicians with a work iPad and a gas for company trucks.
Job Type: Full-time
25.00 - 35.00 /hour + Commission up to 20%
These amounts DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE.
