South Bay HVAC Company looking for experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. We are a family owned business based out of the South Bay and take great pride in keeping our customers happy and providing top-quality service.

Starting hours will be part time and will increase to full time as we transition into Summer.
Bonuses given for quality work and happy customers.
Must have at least 5 years experience as a repair technician.
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in HVAC installation, repair and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during installations.
- Must be able to communicate with customers clearly and effectively, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Ability to work independently and think critically without needing supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Show up presentable and with a positive attitude.
- Consistently show up on time and ready to work.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must speak English.
Technician must be able to install and repair HVAC systems including: Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, etc. Must understand electrical systems such as wiring, circuits, and controls, to safely install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment. Must know how to work on mechanical systems such as motors, fans, compressors, and pumps. Must know how to perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels. Must be knowledgable of HVAC control systems, including programmable thermostats, and zoning systems.
Mandatory 90 day probationary period at the start of employment
