We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Lead HVAC Installer who’s ready to run jobs, lead crews, and represent one of the most trusted names in the industry. What You’ll Do:
Lead residential HVAC installs (split systems, package units, mini splits, multizone mini splits, ducts etc…)
Do basic electrical
Oversee and mentor junior installers and apprentices
Ensure jobs are completed cleanly, efficiently, and up to code
Communicate clearly with customers
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
3 + years of hands-on HVAC install experience
Strong knowledge of forced air systems, ductwork, controls, and refrigerant systems
EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
Leadership or crew management experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
