Live-In Apartment Manager for a 24 unit building in Glendale, California. Looking for experienced manager to oversee a beautiful apartment building. Manager will handle new rentals, maintain building keeping all common areas clean, handle move-in and move-out procedures, collect rents, handle tenant inquires and other day-to-day managerial duties that arise. Must be Apple computer literate, able to navigate the internet, and able to edit, complete and print online forms and notices.
Applicant must also be able to perform handyman services.
A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment will be provided at no additional cash rent (water, trash and internet included), plus small salary. 30 hours per week required.
Position begins immediately. Unit will be available for move-in mid-December. Background check required.
