Pan American Properties, Inc., is a residential property management company. We oversee residential/apartment communities across the greater southern California region. We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team as a full-time employee, completing maintenance requests for apartment communities throughout the surrounding Los Angeles region. This individual would also live on-site, at our Jackson property located in Glendale, as a "keyholder". In exchange for you agreeing to live on-site, we cover 1/3rd of your rent. They perform routine and general maintenance repairs to resolve existing concerns, and work diligently to apply preventive measures to minimize the risk of future problems. Our Roving Maintenance Technicians are experienced in various trades and labors and leverage that experience in concert with a personal commitment to excellence in order to provide best-in-class service to the various communities we proudly serve.
Job Summary – Maintenance Technician – Level 1:
Our Maintenance Technician – Level 1 team members are considered “entry-level” technicians who possess adequate physical capability, foundational knowledge, and familiarity necessary to provide manual labor support necessary to support the completion of construction, preventative and responsive maintenance, or other industrial projects in response to the needs of our community residents and clients. These entry-level skills and developed individual qualities - in concert with a proven commitment to an excellence in service, safety, and organizational value/culture alignment - enable our Level 1 Maintenance Technicians to provide critical support to ensure overall operational efficiency.
NOTE: For this particular role, we would consider candidates with higher levels of expertise and would provide increased rate of pay accordingly - please feel free to apply even if you are more advanced than the description above.
