We are looking for a metal fabricator/welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, welding, and cutting. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, understand and follow safety protocols, and have a good working knowledge of various tools and machines. Must have at least 3 years.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
Operate metalworking machines such as chop saw, table saw, drill presses, and grinders.
Perform welding processes such as MIG and TIG welding.
Can weld aluminum, steel and stainless.
Measure and mark materials for cutting and fabrication.
Layout, cut, shape, assemble, and join metal components using hand tools and power tools.
Perform quality control checks on finished products.
Qualifications
Proficient in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
Skilled in MIG and TIG welding
Experience with hand and power tools, including calipers and micrometers
Knowledge of mechanical systems and pipe threading
Familiarity with construction site protocols and rigging
Ability to interpret schematics and work with sheet metal
Experience in manufacturing and ductwork assembly
