About the Work
We’re a modern home-care company that handles all the logistics so you can focus on doing quality work. No chasing clients, no chasing payments, no random last-minute jobs.
Typical tasks include:
Preventive maintenance (filters, alarms, caulking)
General repairs (drywall patching, paint touch-ups, mounting)
Light electrical & plumbing (switches, faucets, disposals)
Small carpentry, AV installs, seasonal tasks
Jobs are geographically grouped on the West Side so you’re not driving all day.
What We’re Looking For
Strong handyman/home repair experience
Excellent communication + great with people
Clean, respectful, and professional in clients’ homes
Skilled in light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishes
Reliable vehicle + tools
Valid driver’s license & background check
General liability insurance (we can help)
Bonus: fabrication/custom installs, “maker mindset,” experience with high-end homes, artists.
What We Offer
$30/hr (1099)
20–40 hrs/week
Weekly direct deposit
We handle scheduling, materials, and client communication
