DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE
REPORTS TO: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY: PERFORM ALL ASPECTS OF PAINTING FOR HUNT
ENTERPRISES
MAJOR DUTIES:
Drywall repair, replacement, taping, topping and texturing
Ceilings, acoustic, plaster and texturing. All aspects of paperwork prior to painting
Cabinets and woodwork preparation including sanding, stripping, patching, caulking and priming
Exterior work including stucco repairs, patching and texturing, walkway patching and repairing
Removal of linoleum and sub-flooring
Painting with all types of materials: latex, oil, stains, urethanes, lacquers, epoxies, etc.
Application by roller, brush or sprayer
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
No prior experience required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and also provide all necessary documents required by the government for employment. Must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
