We are a rapidly growing general contracting firm providing both residential and commercial construction services across the Greater Los Angeles area. We are currently looking for reliable, skilled, and motivated Remodeler / Construction Tradesmen to join our team for ongoing renovation and new build projects.
POSITION DETAILS:
Type: Full-time, Contract-Based
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
Start Date: Immediate openings available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform hands-on work across multiple trades including:
Framing, drywall, taping, mudding, and texture
Interior and exterior painting
Light electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
Flooring installation (laminate, tile, etc.)
Demolition and job site cleanup
Skim coating, and texture spraying (hopper and machine)
Read and follow project scopes, blueprints, and work orders
Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
Communicate with site leads and project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time and to spec
REQUIREMENTS:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in general construction or remodeling (residential and/or multi-family preferred)
Must have own reliable transportation
Must bring your own tools (basic hand and power tools)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a crew
