Looking for a well-rounded construction professional laborer, someone to serve as an all around laborer or a small (couple of men team), either option has to possess the knowledge and ability to build a house on their own. Attention to finish detail and quality is a must, meanwhile understanding proper construction sequences, setting timelines and finishing on time. Must be familiar with building codes, the ability to read plans is a plus, dealing with permits and building inspectors.
