We are a restoration company looking for the right people to join our team. We provide disaster restoration services such as water damage cleanup and drying, mold remediation, smoke/fire cleanup, and other emergency structural damage services and are currently seeking to fill both a Water Restoration Technician position and a Lead Mitigation Technician position.
Positional Tasks:
Controlled demolition and removal of structural materials.
Building Containment/Dry Chambers and setting up Drying and Safety Equipment.
Moving furniture and contents.
Documenting job progress in applications/software.
Donning Personal Protective Equipment when needed.
Maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment and company vehicles.
The Lead Mitigation Technician position is also responsible for supervising other technicians.
Positional Requirements MUST:
Must be willing to work weekends and On Call shifts.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to learn and advance in the Disaster Restoration Field.
Must be able to work with power tools.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions and procedures.
Must be willing to work in both Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valley and occasionally further as needed.
Must be able to work within a team environment.
Prior experience in the Restoration industry is a plus.
