Customer Service Rep. / Trucking Company

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities

- Answering phone calls/emails and executing customer inquiries for service.

- Checking availability at the Port.

- Scheduling trucks for designated pick-up and delivery locations.

- Support the dispatch team to utilize company assets in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

- Resolve driver log corrections in a timely manner.

- Maintain daily log sheets.

- Monitoring drivers' clock in and out times daily.

- Perform basic office duties such as faxing, filing, data entry, and scanning of paperwork in a timely manner.

- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

- 1-2 years in Transportation Dispatching experience preferred.

- Experience in the Transportation field.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.

- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (Including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed).

- Ability to communicate well with others; verbal and written.

- Ability to problem solve and multi-task.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual (Spanish).

Benefits Include:

Pay: $18 - $20.00 per hour
