Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to join our Long Beach-based trucking company. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules and routes of our drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods. You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and management to resolve any delivery or scheduling issues.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers
Monitor routes and communicate with drivers
Address and resolve delivery issues
Maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with local and regional logistics
Basic computer skills
