Description:Looking for an Epic Analyst for their Behavioral Health team. They must be Ambulatory or ASAP certified and have experience with build and support. Ideal candidate will have experience (not necessarily certifications) with both. Duties include:Principal Responsibilities: Coordinates and provides initial and follow-up training to customers, working with the analyst team to clarify workflow, and then creating training curriculum. Develops and maintains training environments and materials, and provides role-based education (classroom setting, handouts, e-learning, etc.) Responds to training requests, documentation requests, and Service Desk tickets assigned to Training, scheduling training and providing training resources in a timely manner. Participation in testing and workflow validation efforts. Participate with clinical stakeholders in work groups to discuss opportunities for greater system utilization and enhancements.Minimum Qualifications: The job specification for this position can be found at:In addition to the minimum qualifications found in the job specification, the following additional qualifications are particular for this position: Ambulatory or ASAP certified Epic build experience required Experience triaging and supporting Epic Ambulatory or ASAP; preferably both Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal, and strong organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasksPreferred Qualifications: The following skills and experience are not necessary, but would be preferred. Prior Epic employee desired Clinical experience (i.e., RN, etc.) desirable, but not required Certifications or credentials for other Epic applications a plus Solid understanding of processes/procedures and workflow within a hospital/clinical/health plan setting Military experience a plus.
