Looking for a golf shop attendant for the links.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests and members, checking golfers in for their tee times, answering phones, assisting guests with answering questions and providing information, retail sales, and assisting in inventory maintenance, and general administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Making Tee times
Checking golfers in for their tee times
Answering phones and responding to emails
Providing excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Helping to supervise outside service workers
Maintaining a clean and stocked shop
Helping in shop or office related tasks
Having a professional demeanor and appearance
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Some golf and or retail experience is preferred but not necessary
Supervises:
Player service workers
Classification:
Full-Time, Part Time Non-Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt (as example)
