Become an Enterprise Financial Systems Business Systems Analyst with the County of Sonoma!Starting salary up to $46.05/hour, an additional $0.90/hour "Confidential" premium on top of the hourly pay rate, plus a $600 monthly cash allowance, and a competitive total compensation package!

The Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector's (ACTTC) Office seeks a Business Systems Analyst to provide technical and functional support for all County Enterprise Financial Systems (EFS) users. Assisting the EFS Senior Business Systems Analyst, this position works closely with all members of the EFS Support team to support the County's internal and external customers. This position will include the following EFS-related responsibilities:Providing support services to process owners and end users of all EFS applications

Participating in system redesign efforts, executing test plans for system changes, and creating documentation associated with system changes

Evaluating the critical needs of end users and providing formal recommendations for improvement based on reviews of existing business process and system functionality

Participating in the evaluation of technology products and solutions

Providing internal and external user support of the County’s Supplier Portal

Successful EFS Business Systems Analyst candidates will have experience working with EFS, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, ACTTC seeks candidates who:Are highly motivated, self-starters, and work well in a fast-paced environment

Have a strong customer service focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possess technical aptitude and continued interest in sourcing and learning about new industry offeringsThe DepartmentThe ACTTC Office provides a broad range of quality accounting, auditing, collection, financial, financing reporting, and investing services to County Departments, agencies, districts, and the public.
