Maintain financial records for multiple GP entities.
Track carry grants, vesting schedules, and allocations.
Calculate and report performance carry balances quarterly.
Manage GP distributions and coordinate with fund teams and brokers.
Oversee quarter-end and annual accounting for management companies.
Prepare quarterly reports, perform flux analysis, and allocate net fee income.
Supervise external accounting, invoice processing, and budget management.
Review and approve vendor invoices, manage expenses, and handle corporate credit cards.
Requirements
6+ years in public audit (VC, PE clients) or in-house within Venture Capital or Private Equity
Bachelor's in Accounting
Comfortable in a hands-on role, contributing to accounting close and annual audits
Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP systems like Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks a plus
