Manufacturing Technician - TempLength : 3-4 week temp. with potential to extend)Pay : $28 – $30/hrStart date: ASAPSchedule : M-F, 1 st shiftOverview:The role is expected to last approx. 3-4 weeks and 8 hours per day. Responsibilities:
Work 8-hour shifts inside a class 10K clean room.
Maintain clean room and adhere to particle control practices.
Operate bench-top equipment to degas, mix, or weigh for chemical processing.
Safely handle and dispose of chemicals.
Handle flat panels of glass without damaging the glass or equipment.
Follow written SOPs and understand verbal instructions.
Perform room temperature liquid molding of plastics like PDMS.
Use a computer to input data.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: AA/AS in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated manual dexterity and familiarity with chemical handling.
Ability to lift loads up to 5lbs independently.
Ability to do cleanroom gowning.
Strong time management and attention to details.
Clean room experience highly preferred.
