Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Treasury Consultant to join our team in Menlo Park, California. As a Sr. Treasury Consultant, you will be actively involved in the treasury functions of our organization, managing daily cash balances, maintaining bank accounts, and conducting thorough analysis of banking fees. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with all treasury controls. This role is best suited for someone that enjoys a fast paced, high performing environment. Our client is a Mac environment so prior experience using a Mac is required. You will be 100% remote and relies heavily on Slack to keep their team connected. Responsibilities: Manage daily cash balances of the organization effectively Assist in the maintenance of bank accounts, including opening and closing procedures Prepare daily cash reports including corporate cash flow forecast and direct cash flow forecast Initiate transactions such as wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings/repayments, and investments Assist with the administration of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms Ensure compliance with all treasury controls and support all daily, quarterly, and annual audit requests Conduct monthly analysis of bank fees Carry out other responsibilities related to treasury as assigned.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Treasury Management Experience with Corporate Treasury operations is necessary Demonstrable knowledge of Treasury Services Ability to manage Bank Relations effectively Expertise in Cash Management Skilled in creating and managing Cash Flow Forecasts Experience in Cash Forecasting is crucial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of relevant treasury software and tools Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required Relevant certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
