The Advanced Microscopy team is looking for experienced Materials Analyst with a background in operating and analyzing materials using TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy). This is a hands‑on, production‑focused role centered on supporting advanced materials and semiconductor analysis for clients across multiple industries.The successful candidate will be a strong technical contributor who thrives in a fast‑paced lab environment, enjoys focused tool time, and values producing high‑quality, site‑specific results within defined client timelines.A typical day will consist of various activities, including:Obtaining TEM and STEM images of prepared samplesObtaining STEM/EDX and STEM/EELS spectra, line scans and maps Organizing data, prepare and deliver summary reports to customersPartnering with customers and team members to optimize experiments and explain resultsDeveloping TEM analysis protocols for new sample typesWork Schedule: 5pm-2am - Tuesdays to Saturdays or Sundays to ThursdaysShift differential will apply Compliance Requirement (ITAR)This position supports work related to defense applications and is subject to ITAR regulations.Applicants must be U.S. Persons, defined as:U.S. CitizenU.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
