This role is responsible for translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, optimizing business processes, and delivering actionable insights through robust analytics and reporting.:Collaborate with business stakeholders, program managers, BI team, IT team, and other stakeholders to create and maintain the Salesforce project roadmap. Lead the project development from the front.Design scalable and robust solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise security standards and best practices.Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and CRMA/Tableau CRM to provide actionable business intelligenceConfigure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including custom objects, profiles, roles, workflows, and automation (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Workflow RulesEvaluate and recommend new technologies, integrations, tools, and frameworks to improve Salesforce solutions and adoption.Develop and maintain documentation of the system architecture, design, integration, end-to-end process flow, and configuration.Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote best practices and security awareness among Salesforce users and developers.Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem and security domain.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support the deployment and release management lifecyclePresent and communicate proposals and enterprise-wide solutions to a wide audience.
