We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attack Surface Management Engineer to lead our vulnerability assessment, remediation, and attack surface reduction initiatives. This role is critical in driving automation, integrating security into DevOps workflows, and reducing risk across our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for proactive defense.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead Vulnerability Management
Own the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle: identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and reporting. Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and security assessments to uncover weaknesses across systems, networks, and applications.Attack Surface Reduction
Continuously map and analyze the organization’s attack surface. Develop and implement strategies to reduce exposure across digital assets. Monitor changes in the IT environment to ensure the attack surface remains minimized.Programming & Automation 
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, Golang, and PowerShell to streamline vulnerability scanning, risk assessment, and remediation tracking. Applying programming skills to integrate toolsets.Collaboration & Mentorship
Partner with IT, DevOps, and security operations teams to embed vulnerability management into development and operational workflows. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of security awareness.Stakeholder Communication
Translate technical findings into business risks and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.Governance & Continuous Improvement
Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies. Continuously improve the vulnerability management program and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
