ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers independently and resolve various customer fulfilment and freight management exceptions by working cross functionally with internal and external teamsParticipate in design and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet business needs and drive automation initiativesCollaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems enhancementsIdentify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiativesUndertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellenceServe as owner of logistics KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews and driving root cause and corrective actions with our service providersUtilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and cost savings
