SUMMARYAs the Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for a broad variety of duties related to warehouse and transportation functions in addition to ensuring that the shop is organized that there is accuracy in the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. The position is ultimately responsible for all shipping and receiving at the designated branch.Responsibilities:The following responsibilities are a general guideline and not intended to be an exhaustive list of the full scope of responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion.General Shop Duties
Moving forklifts and allied equipment at the beginning and end of each day to allow full access in the shop
Positioning display equipment on the outside parking lots
Straightening and organizing forklift and allied equipment
Pickup and delivery of items as directed by supervisor
Responsible for the general cleanliness and organization of the shop/warehouse facilities
Shipping and receiving
Receives equipment shipments, confirms accuracy of the shipping documents, delivers paperwork to the transportation department and sales coordinators.
Receives batteries, chargers, attachments, and processes paperwork as above.
Determines customer names for received equipment and accessories and tags equipment.
Tags all received accessories with date received, customer name, model, and serial number before storing in the proper area.
Label internal ID numbers on equipment as directed
Keeps the various equipment areas organized by type of equipment

Valid driver license with good driving record

Physical Requirements
Must be able to repetitively stoop, bend, push, pull, squat, climb and kneel on a regular basis
Must be able to operate power machinery, use hand tools, steam cleaner.
Must be physically able to repetitively lift 75 pounds unaided (must ask for assistance if lifting over 50 pounds)
Must be physically able to operate / drive, a company delivery vehicle, forklifts and other allied equipment
Must have the ability to use navigation system to reach customer or vendor locations.
Must be physically able to communicate effectively and interact with other company associates regarding department needs
Must be able to read, write, and follow directions
