Two fulltime Direct Care Provider for weekends (7 am to 5 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and 11 am to 9 pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday). 4 days on and 3 days off or 3 days on and 4 days off weekly.
Responsibilities include; meal prep and serving, passing medication, documentation of client behavior, daily cleaning.
Small 15-bed facility serving mentally ill population aged 18-59. Clients require verbal prompting (no hands on care).
Reliable form of transportation and driver's license required. Must be reliable and able to work on your own.
Position requires background check through FBI and DOJ.
