Responsibilities:
Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take and interpret digital radiographs
Conduct oral health assessments, charting, and patient education
Review medical histories and consult with the dentist as needed
Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient comfort
Contribute to the overall success of the hygiene and clinical team
Other opportunities available beyond normal hygiene duties
Requirements:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Prior hygiene experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
Schedule & Compensation:
Preferred schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (some flexibility available)
Hourly rate: Dependent on experience, Bonus, and Benefits
Performance-based bonus system tied to office collections
Start date: Flexible
