Pay Rate: $53.64
Schedule: Full-time; may include rotating weekends or holidays
C1 Staffing is hiring an experienced and compassionate Registered Dietitian II to join our client’s healthcare nutrition team. This position plays a key role in supporting patient recovery and wellness through comprehensive nutrition assessments, individualized care planning, and professional collaboration with clinical teams.
Position Summary:
The Registered Dietitian II provides advanced nutrition care for patients and residents with special dietary needs. This role includes conducting in-depth assessments, developing and monitoring care plans, and implementing best practices that align with organizational values and regulatory standards. The position also contributes to the success of the account through service quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients and residents with complex conditions
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Provide counseling, education, and support for patients, residents, and families
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and nutrition-related regulations
Document nutrition interventions and progress accurately and promptly
Support performance improvement and quality initiatives
Contribute to account growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Experience providing medical nutrition therapy in a healthcare or long-term care setting
Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and communication ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
