We are looking to add a part-time administrative assistant who is a team player, reliable, punctual, and self-starter.
Job Description:
- Professional communications with vendors and/or clients.
- Filing using electronic files and paper system.
- Job set up including contracts, PO's, approvals, etc.
- Assisting other team members when needed.
Basic Abilities/Responsibilities:
-Computer Skills (Word Outlook & Excel), type 35+ WPM
-QuickBooks
-Excellent communication and listening skills
-Attention to detail
-Quick Learner
-Multitasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Professional appearance and attitude
-Sharp, dependable and able to follow directions
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in a construction office
-Experience reading cursive
Job Requirements:
High School Graduate or G.E.D equivalent
Reliable Transportation
Professional attitude and appearance.
Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Willingness to step out of comfort zone and learn new aspects of the office
