We’re hiring an Entry-Level Commercial Electrician to support our team on a variety of commercial projects, including building retrofits, pumping system installs, and industrial facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of electrical experience who is ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial electrical systems
Support licensed electricians with tasks such as conduit bending, wiring, lighting, and panel installations
Help prepare job sites and organize tools and materials
Learn to read and interpret commercial blueprints and electrical schematics
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
Outdoor and indoor work may be exposed to weather conditions, noise, and construction hazards
Travel requirements – in State- 75% : out of State - 25%
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate active job sites
Mileage reimbursement available for travel using a personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of electrical experience preferred (commercial experience a plus)
Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safety practices
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade
Ability to work in fast-paced commercial environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening

Salary Range: $52,000 – $72,800/year – for candidates with 1-5 years of experience.
Additional compensation for extended travel assignments, per diem, and travel reimbursement are provided as applicable.
