Description We are on the lookout for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Monterey, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be primarily involved in the resolution of customer complaints, management of database records, drafting of status reports on customer service issues, and supervision of staff. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Process and maintain accurate database records to ensure data integrity Draft and prepare status reports on customer service issues to keep management informed Supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective operations Utilize customer service experience to enhance customer interactions and service delivery Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Process customer applications accurately and maintain updated customer records. Requirements Applicants must possess prior experience in CSR / Customer Service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing systems, and fax machines. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
