Domenico's on the Wharf is currently hiring for an assistant manager for days shifts, evenings, and holidays. The preferred candidate will have 2-5 years experience in the restaurant or hospitality business and have a high energy personality, well groomed, well organized and be self-motivated. QUALIFICATIONS
Impeccable Service Standards, clean work habits with a great attention to detail
Must have excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while always maintaining a sense of humor and appearing calm
Polished appearance and Professional demeanor
Proven ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and with the ability to interact with all types of team
Some bartending experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Flexible work schedule is required.
