Monterey Cookhouse seeks Bar Manager to join our team. Applicants must possess a passion for hospitality
Must have transportation
Should be currently employed as bar manager or most recently managing a bar.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum two years experience bartending in a restaurant bar.
- Strong knowledge of spirits & classic cocktails
- Passion for wine a plus
- Experience creating cocktails a plus
- Weekend and evening availability, M-Sa.
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excel in a fast-paced environment
- Possess an acute attention to detail
- Possess a warm and kind demeanor
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Work well with a team
