Foray is a modern fine dining restaurant serving Coastal Californian cuisine. We are open for dinner from 5pm to 9pm, Wednesday through Saturday. Two consecutive days off each week. Position Available: Prep/Dishwasher
Expectations:
-wash all plates, pans, etc. throughout the shift
-prep food products for service
-maintain clean, organized work station and dishwashing area
-label, date, initial all prepped items (FIFO)
-strong communication skills (se habla español)
Compensation:
$25 per hour, daily family meal, employee discount
Qualifications:
-Valid food handler card
-Minimum 2 years professional cooking
