Our Pacific Grove shop is looking for a new manager! We are looking for someone who is able to understand and execute their responsibilities and keep the team's environment positive, while giving the customers an incredible experience. The manager is arguably the most important role in the success of a shop, and we hope to find someone who understands the intricacies of how their work ethic and attitude spreads to others around them.
Some responsibilities + traits of CS managers:
- ensuring the shop runs smoothly to the standards set by leadership
- ordering (milks, condiments, to-go products, coffee, etc.) weekly
- setting up the crew's schedule using When I Work
- when hiring, setting up and executing interviews alongside operation manager
- keeping track of inventory
- has a positive attitude, and knows when and how to de-escalate negative ones
- reliable + trustworthy
- can handle a fast paced environment, but still knows how to be productive when it is slow
- clean + organized
- communicates well with others, working in tandem is extremely important to us!

We can teach a lot of stuff, but what we cant teach is a kind heart and compassion. We are looking for someone who shows respect and empathy to others without hesistation. We have realized over the years that all of this matters more than what's on your resume since we can teach you how to do most other things. Speaking of resumes, you should still send that over! Please write up a lil "about me" as well - what you enjoy outside of work, what you're passionate about, what your dreams are, etc. Experience is great, but don't let inexperience hold you back from applying :)
