We are seeking a positive and energetic person who loves to work in customer service with a guest first attitude.We need a passionate Dining Room Manager that will ensure our guests receive the best dining experience possible. You will be responsible for ensuring the dining room is ready for meal service and motivating staff to be attentive and friendly throughout their shift. When necessary, you will also need to resolve any issues customers may have with the food or their experience.
Dining Room Manager Duties and Responsibilities
· Examine the dining room before each meal service and ensure it is ready with all the necessary supplies
· Manage service staff and encourage top-notch customer service
· Resolve customer complaints
· Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge and experience with front of house operations
· Scheduling
· Banquets
· Opening closing procedures
· Safety Training
