Location: In-home care in a family setting
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00PM–8:00AM (Over Night Shift) & Sunday, 10:00AM–3:00PM (Day Shift)
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable female caregiver to support a 32-year-old woman with special needs who lives at home with her loving parent. Our client enjoys walking, dancing, arts and crafts, so we're looking for someone warm, energetic, and relatable.
Responsibilities include:
Providing personalized, one-on-one in-home support
Assisting with personal care and hygiene
Supporting daily activities and helping maintain a safe, clean environment
Driving to and from local activities as needed
Maintaining medication records and documenting services at each shift
Communicating clearly and professionally with the client, family, and co-workers
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
Female candidates preferred (per client comfort)
Must pass a background check
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Familiarity with basic nutrition and hygiene standards
CPR certification preferred
Must meet all applicable state requirements for experience and training
Compensation:
Competitive pay between $18 – $25 per hour
Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit available
Paid overtime (based on eligibility)
