We are looking for energetic, passionate and career minded people to join our team for the position of Janitorial Manager and Recruiter for 3rd shifts employees.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Supervision of multiple locations nightly
Strong Recruiting, Hiring, On-Boarding, & Training
Effective communication with Employees & Management staff (with Customers & Employers)
Communicate & enforce company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to employees
Inspect work completed by staff of multiple locations to ensure satisfaction and follow up on any deficiencies
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong customer service skills; Ability to communicate effectively this includes in-person, telephone and e-mail interactions

Requirements
MUST be Bi-lingual Fluent in English/Spanish
MUST have Valid Driver’s License with Own, Reliable vehicle
MUST have Management Experience supervising janitorial teams
Ability to manage multiple job sites & teams
6 Day work week, includes Weekends and Holidays
Job Type: Full time Salary: yearly, with Verifiable experience
